Raised in Buffalo, New York, Hanna trained at the American Academy of Ballet under the direction of Maris Battaglia. She then attended Butler University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance- Pedagogy. While at Butler, Hanna performed in multiple ballets including Giselle, The Nutcracker, and Swan Lake, as well as other contemporary works including Jennifer Archibald’s world premiere of Ourfire. When she isn’t performing, Hanna enjoys teaching and exploring new ways of movement through choreography. Hanna is excited to start her first season with the Fort Wayne Ballet!
