Community Classes

We invite adults and teens (ages 13+) to join us for community classes – beginners and all levels welcome!  These classes are not curricular, so you are welcome to drop in and attend as your schedule allows.  Classes are $15 each, or $140 for a bundle of 10 classes.

Mondays

7:00 PM - 8:15 PM - Intermediate Ballet

This class is designed for those who are just a bit beyond beginner and want to keep growing.

 

Tuesdays

12:15 PM - 1:00 PM  - Physical Conditioning

This active movement class is focused on toning, shaping, and stretching.

 

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM - Yoga: Stretch & Relax 

An introductory class to yoga for  all levels. Please bring your own mat.

 

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM - Physical Conditioning 

This active movement class is focused on toning, shaping, and stretching.

 

Wednesdays

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Intermediate Ballet 

This class is designed for those who are just a bit beyond beginner and want to keep growing.

Thursdays

12:15 PM - 1:00 PM - Physical Conditioning 

This active movement class is focused on toning, shaping, and stretching.

 

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM - Beginning Tap 

Learn or brush up on tap basics and have a fun workout - no experience necessary!  Please bring your own tap shoes.

 

6:15 PM - 7:15 PM - Pilates

This Mat Pilates class is designed for a full body workout focused on muscle tone, flexibility, and strength. Please bring your own mat.

 

Saturdays

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Floor Barre

An isometric toning class using ballet fundamentals - beginners welcome!  Please bring your own Pilates mat.

 

12:30 PM - 2:00 PM - Beginning Ballet 

Never been in a Ballet class or dusting off old Ballet shoes? This class will introduce Ballet basics.
