Raised in Wheaton, Illinois, Katherine received her formal training at Salt Creek Ballet under Sergey Kozadayev and Zhanna Dubrovskaya. She graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Dance – Arts Administration, graduating cum laude with high departmental distinctions. While at Butler, Katherine performed soloist, demi-soloist, and corps roles in The Nutcracker, Coppélia, and The Sleeping Beauty, as well as soloist roles in contemporary works by Derek Reid and Susan McGuire. Katherine is excited to start her first season with Fort Wayne Ballet.
