Amber began her dance training in Traverse City, Michigan at the age of three. She received a BFA in Dance and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma where she had opportunities to perform notable roles in Harlequinade, Pas de Quatre and a world-premiere by Trey McIntyre. Amber joined Fort Wayne Ballet last season and performed Christine in Darren McIntyre’s The Phantom of the Opera, Robert Joffrey’s Pas de Deesses, Tracy Tritz’s Bolero, and the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker. She had the opportunity to perform in China with Fort Wayne Ballet and has also trained at Centre de Dansa de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. Amber’s choreography has been performed at the University of Oklahoma and Fort Wayne Ballet. She has recently become an ABT Certified Instructor and continues to share her passion with growing artists. Amber is looking forward to another season with Fort Wayne Ballet.
