Fort Wayne Ballet Summer Intensive 2025

June 9-27, 2025

Students ages 12-22 will spend three weeks training with Fort Wayne Ballet to improve their technique, craft their artistry, and learn from some of the nation’s top instructors. Dancers have the opportunity to perform at the end of the intensive to showcase their achievements.

Performance opportunities highlighting skills in ballet, modern, jazz, and musical theater.
Seminars focus on choreography, partnering, dance terminology, nutrition, dance history, injury prevention, and other related topics
Individual attention – our teacher-student ratio is approximately 1:15
Planned social activities (past activities have included a Tincaps baseball game, Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, Debrand Chocolate headquarters tour, movie and game nights, and more).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Fort Wayne Ballet Summer Intensive is for intermediate to pre-professional students ages 12+.
Audition or video audition is required for participation.
Participants are invited to perform in a culminating workshop performance at the end of the program
Opportunities to audition for Fort Wayne Ballet contracts, Full-Year Trainee Program, and BFA Dance Degree during the Summer Intensive program
