Jessica began her ballet training in her hometown of Birmingham, Michigan. She then studied as a trainee at The Joffrey Ballet in Chicago and performed with the company in Jerome Robbins’ Glass Pieces, and George Balanchine’s The Four Temperaments. Since joining Fort Wayne Ballet, Jessica has enjoyed performing in a variety of works including George Balanchine’s Serenade, Mark Godden’s Rite of Spring, Flower Girl in Don Quixote, Jerome Robbins’ Fancy Free, Gerald Arpino’s Italian Suite and Light Rain, Edward Stierle’s Empyrean Dances, and Peasant Pas and Zulma in Giselle. She is an ABT® Certified Teacher in Pre-Primary through Level 3. Also, she is a Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® Certified Teacher and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Jessica is honored and excited to be a part of Fort Wayne Ballet for another season!
