Originally from Nevada, Mackenzie began her ballet training at The Rock Center for Dance. After moving to Arizona, she trained at Master Ballet Academy and was a three-time Youth America Grand Prix New York finalist. She then earned a full scholarship to Houston Ballet Academy’s Professional Division, where she spent four years performing works by Stanton Welch AM, Ben Stevenson OBE, and Claudio Muñoz. Mackenzie then joined Louisville Ballet’s Studio Company, performing full-length ballets by Val Caniparoli and Alun Jones, as well as world premieres by Ching Ching Wong and David Senti. She is excited to begin her first season with Fort Wayne Ballet!
