Jordan Stevens

Jordan Stevens began dance as a child, but decided to focus her studies on ballet in high school. She graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA in Dance and Art History in 2013. She also dedicated three years to the Dance.Draw Project as a choreographic and production assistant. As a dancer with Fort Wayne Ballet, Jordan has danced numerous notable roles including the lead female role in both of Gerald Arpino’s Italian Suite and Light Rain, Snow Queen and Arabian in The Nutcracker, the Stepmother in Cinderella, Little Swans in Swan Lake, and Blue Bird in Sleeping Beauty. She has worked closely with choreographer David Ingram, dancing in many of his works. She has worked with various visiting choreographers and teachers including Cameron Basden, Jeremy Blanton, Kim Sagami and Adam Sklute. Jordan is happy to be returning to Fort Wayne Ballet for her eighth season.
